Wanted: To make a better version of a theme and become their site manager.
How: I've always loved podcasting and this was the break for me. I had been on the BUMP team for only 3 weeks when they signed me up to become one of the top podcasters on their new site, IMPodcast. We started finding themes and they were great. We decided on one but it was coded really badly. With some help from Luke Anderson and Chris Thomson, I created the site to be more easy to edit. The site now stands as a host for all our shows.
